Staff training confirms that all staff know their schedule of work and the standard of cleaning expected from them. Providing uniform and training gives staff self esteem and confidence to provide an excellent cleaning service.

1. Training – ensures staff understand and know how to implement a safe high standard cleaning service.
2. Schedules - ensures staff know the contract spec and the cleaning frequency.
3. Daily work completed check sheets – confirms the contract spec has been fulfilled.
4. Toilet check sheets – confirms the times toilets have been cleaned each day.
5. Audit form – checks the specification has been fulfilled.
6. Action sheets – records any nonconformities that requires action, telephone/emailed to operative and supervisor.
7. Action checked by supervisor – confirmation telephoned/emailed to office.
8. Confirmation of corrective action complete emailed to client, action sheet signed off.
